Quieter, well-lit, and very photogenic
We work as your Wat Hua Lamphong photographer for the session. The temple is less crowded than the major Bangkok stops, which means we can shoot freely without dodging tour groups.
The elevated main hall, the staircase and the courtyard give us three very different backdrops in a small footprint. Sessions run about an hour and we leave with a varied set. Note that kissing photos are not allowed at the temple, but close poses like holding hands or foreheads touching work well.

What should we wear?
Women cover shoulders, belly and knees. Men can't wear tank tops, and long trousers are more polite. The temple is active, so neat clothes also keep the shoot smooth.
Is there an entrance fee?
Yes, 40 THB per person, and the grounds are open every day (checked October 2026).
How do we get there?
Take the MRT to Sam Yan station. The temple is right next to exit 1, so it is one of the easiest temples to reach.
Can we bring the whole family?
Yes. The temple is rarely crowded, so it suits families and slightly larger groups. Tell us the head count when you book.
Who will be our photographer?
One photographer runs your session. We match you with Jay, Jami or Kitsana based on your language and the type of shoot. You can also ask for one of them by name.
