BangkokImages That Open Doors
A working portfolio gets you in front of agencies, clients, and casting calls. Below is recent work from sessions across Bangkok, mixing comp card frames, editorial concepts, and lifestyle imagery.
I needed photos for my first agency submission and Lukfoto made everything easy. The variety in my shots really helped show different looks. Got way more edited photos than I expected, which gave me plenty of options to choose from.
Best decision for my fashion portfolio. The photographer knew exactly how to pose me and the editing was clean. I sent my comp card to three agencies and got callbacks from two of them. The whole process felt professional from start to finish.
The posing direction was helpful since I had no idea what to do with my hands. Getting all the edited photos instead of just a selection meant I could pick what I actually liked. Good value for the quality and number of shots.
Where We Shoot in Bangkok
We work with natural light when conditions allow. It produces authentic textures and tones that read well on camera. Sessions run in the afternoon for the best outdoor light, and switch to artificial lighting in the evening for cinematic or neon-style frames.
Our regular outdoor locations:
- One Bangkok for clean modern architecture and editorial backdrops
- Talat Noi for street character and grittier fashion looks
- Rooftops at golden hour for skyline frames and cocktail-style imagery
- Parks and green spaces for relaxed lifestyle and natural portraiture
- Swimming pool model photoshoot sessions for swimwear, summer, and lifestyle work
A two-hour booking covers two or three of these locations comfortably. We plan the route during your pre-shoot call.
Outdoor LocationsStudio Sessions for Clean Portfolio Work
Outdoor sessions give you variety and atmosphere. Studio sessions give you control. Many agencies want clean, neutral backgrounds for headshots and full-body comp card images. A studio handles that in a single afternoon, with no weather risk and consistent lighting across every frame.
When studio works best:
- Comp cards that need a clean white or grey backdrop
- Beauty close-ups where shadows and skin tone need to be exact
- E-commerce or catalogue work with consistent lighting
- Days when the weather rules out outdoor shooting
We split sessions across studio and outdoor locations on the same booking. Studio in the early afternoon for clean shots, then a short move to a rooftop, park, or street location for editorial and lifestyle frames.

Your Bangkok Model Photographer for Comp Cards and Agency Books
A strong comp card needs variety. Agencies look for a few specific frames before they decide whether to call you in:
- A clean headshot that captures your face without distraction
- A waist-up frame that shows your features and proportions
- A full-body shot that demonstrates posture and silhouette
- One or two editorial frames that show personality and range
We've worked with models at every stage, from first submissions to established books. The structure of a men model photoshoot, a women's portfolio session, or a non-binary booking is the same: cover the agency basics first, then build out the editorial range. A Thai model expanding into international agencies and a first-timer building a starter card both end up with the same deliverable.
Commercial and Editorial Projects
Talat NoiFor established models and commercial projects, we bring the same focus on clean execution. Product photography, brand campaigns, and editorial sessions all benefit from our collaborative process and full-edit delivery.
Need models for your project? Tell us your requirements and we'll connect you with available talent. We provide a curated shortlist based on your vision and budget so casting doesn't slow your timeline.
Hair, Makeup & Stylist Services
Our in-house team works exclusively with Lukfoto sessions. Jhamyoun, Haung, and Quinn handle hair and makeup. Vandy, Jhamyoun, and Olga handle wardrobe and styling. Because they know our lighting and shooting style, the styling and the photography line up from the first frame.
Hair & Makeup packages start at 3,000 THB and include both services together. The team uses long-wear, camera-tested formulas that hold up under Bangkok heat and varied lighting. On-set touch-ups during your shoot are included at no extra charge.
Fashion Styling & Personal Shopping starts at 1,490 THB for a digital style lookbook. Full personal shopping and wardrobe consultation is available if you want help building outfits that photograph well before your session date.
Products selected for how they read on camera, not just how they look in the mirror.
Your artist stays for the shoot at no extra charge. Outfit changes and shine control handled live.
Style lookbooks, personal shopping, or full wardrobe consultation before your session.
You Get Every Photo, Fully Edited
Most photographers deliver a curated selection of their favourites. We deliver every usable frame from your session, fully edited. You get the complete story of your shoot and full control over which images make your book.
For an agency submission, that flexibility matters. Different agencies want different frames. Having the full set means you can tailor your comp card to each one without going back for a reshoot.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a session cost?
Sessions start at 11,000 THB for a one-hour Starter Session and run up to 34,000 THB for a four-hour Premium Session. Hair and makeup add 3,000 THB and up. Styling services start at 1,490 THB. Studio rental, when needed, typically runs 1,000 to 7,000 THB depending on the venue and how long you book it for.
Do you run male model photoshoot sessions?
Yes. The session structure stays the same regardless of gender: clean headshots, waist-up frames, full-body shots, and editorial work. Posing direction is adjusted to your strengths, and we work with male, female, and non-binary models with the same level of attention.
Where do you shoot model sessions in Bangkok?
Our regular outdoor spots are One Bangkok, Talat Noi, rooftops, and parks. We also use studios for clean comp card work and swimming pools for swimwear and summer-style sessions. A two-hour booking usually covers two or three locations.
I'm new to modelling. Can you help with posing?
Posing direction is included in every session. We bring reference ideas, demonstrate angles, and adjust expressions and body position throughout the shoot. Most first-time models tell us they relaxed within the first ten minutes.
Do you shoot thai model photoshoots and international model bookings?
Yes. We work with Thai models building local agency books and international visiting models. Communication runs in English and Thai. We can advise on Bangkok agencies if you're submitting locally.
Do you shoot at swimming pool venues?
Yes. We have access to several pool venues across Bangkok and run regular swimwear and summer-style sessions. See our swimming pool photoshoot page for details and venue options.
How many photos do I receive?
You receive every usable frame from your session, fully edited. The Starter delivers 100-200 images, the Extended 270-500, and the Premium 500-1000. There's no curated selection. You choose which frames make your book.
How far in advance should I book?
One to two weeks ahead is comfortable for most sessions. If you want hair, makeup, and styling on the same day, two weeks gives our team time to prepare references and confirm the right artist for your shoot.
