King Rama IV built Saranrom Palace in 1866 as royal gardens during the Siamese Kingdom era. Now it's a quiet getaway from the busy Bangkok Old City. In 1960, it became a public park that everyone can enjoy while still keeping its cultural character.

Is this park suitable for family portraits with children?
This park is perfect for families with little ones! Children have room to run around freely and show their true personalities here. We can capture both playful moments and nice family group photos in various settings, from open spaces to tree-lined paths. Children often get excited about seeing fish in the lake and sometimes even monitor lizards sunning themselves nearby, which gives us great chances to capture their natural smiles and curiosity. The flat ground makes it easy for strollers and grandparents too, so the whole family can join in comfortably.
What makes Saranrom different from other Bangkok parks for photos?
This royal park is different because it has history, attractive buildings, and nature all in one small place. Unlike big parks like Lumpini, it's more private with fewer visitors around, so your photos won't have strangers in the background. You can see the royal history in the design and special features like Queen Sunanda's memorial. These old elements make your photos look more interesting than in newer parks. Will there be many tourists in the background of our photos?

We can also suggest the best times to come based on when the park is quietest. Most of our clients are surprised by how private it feels for a place right in the middle of historic Bangkok.
