Wat Suthat Photographer
The temple, the Giant Swing, and the road around it
We work as your Wat Suthat photographer for the session. The grounds are calm, the courtyards open up cleanly for portraits, and the murals along the inner wall give us strong detail backdrops.
Past the gate we keep shooting the area around the temple. The big Giant Swing sits right across the square, and the road outside is lined with workshops carving and selling Buddha sculptures, a very Bangkok scene that adds variety to your set.
Wat Suthat is a great match for traditional Thai costumes if you want that look. We can also pair it with a second nearby spot. Note that kissing photos are not allowed inside the temple, but close poses like holding hands or foreheads touching work well.
- From 11,000 THB for a one-hour session
- 1 to 2 locations per booking
- Up to 300 edited photos delivered
- Files within 24 to 72 hours
- Private, no group limit
The Giant Swing and the Buddha sculpture stores along the road sit just outside the temple. No ticket needed for those, we shoot them as part of the same session.

Good to know
Before your Wat Suthat photoshoot
What is the dress code?
Women cover shoulders, belly and knees. Men cannot wear tank tops, and covering the knees is more polite. Wat Suthat works very well with traditional Thai costumes if you want that look.
What time does the session start?
We start after 3 PM and wrap by around 5:30 PM. The end time shifts a bit with the season and sunset.
How many people can join the photoshoot?
Solo, couples, families and small groups all work. Wat Suthat has open courtyards plus the Giant Swing square outside, so there is space for slightly larger groups too. Mention the head count when you book.
Do we shoot only inside the temple?
No, we also shoot the area around it, the Giant Swing and the workshops along the road that carve and sell Buddha sculptures. It is a great backdrop and adds variety to your set. See pricing for full details.
Ready to book your Wat Suthat photoshoot?
Send us your dates and we will hold the slot. You will work with the same Wat Suthat photographer from booking to delivery, only one private booking per afternoon.
