Khao Yai Photographer:
Villages, Fields and Hills
in a Single Day
This page covers our session options, full pricing, and an honest guide to the places where we shoot: Italian-style villages, flower gardens, and a hotel built inside a former marble quarry.
Through the Lens
Flower gardens, hilltop temples, Italian piazzas, and golden-hour alpacas — enough variety to fill a single day.
Why Book a Khao Yai Photoshoot
The area combines European-style architecture, open farmland, lush hills, flower gardens, and quirky local spots you won't find elsewhere. Within one day, you can go from an Italian piazza to a sunflower field to an alpaca paddock at golden hour.
Many clients ask us about a pre-wedding session here, and the area works especially well for it because you can build a varied gallery without relying on a single venue.
Packages & Pricing
Sessions outside Bangkok start at 34,000 THB (≈ $1,030). Every session is private — no other clients, no shared slots.

Locations Included in Your Session
Here's an overview of the places we work with and recommend. Some are purely for shooting, others double as activities or places to stay. Opening hours, rates and access rules are set by each venue and can change, so we confirm the current position when planning your day.
- Toscana Valley

A replica of an Italian summer village: open piazzas, warm stone textures, scattered greenery, and a replica of the Tower of Pisa nearby. Large grounds and typically quiet. One of the strongest spots in the region. A restaurant or cafe reservation is worth arranging.
-
Lago di Khao Yai
Italian-inspired architecture set around a large garden and pond. The water reflection and European-style facades give you images that look nothing like Thailand.
- Primo Piazza

An Italian-style village with a restaurant, mini zoo, and park. Works well for relaxed, natural-looking couple and family frames.
-
Movenpick Resort
Castle-like resort in the hills with panoramic views of forest, a golf course, and seasonal flower gardens. One of our favourites in the region.
-
Maison Mystique
European-inspired property that blends art, antiques, and unusual decor. Visually unlike anything else nearby.
-
Uturu / Chi-Ki / Hatchu
The property appears under the Uturu, Chi-Ki and Hatchu names and has some of the best-looking spaces around. Highly recommended.
-
Nhapha Resort
A mountain retreat built inside an old marble quarry. Spacious rooms, dramatic natural setting, and a hidden-gem feel. Note: few restaurants nearby, so a private driver or rental car is useful for dinner.
-
La Cocotte Villa
Well-designed interiors at a reasonable price. Located next to The Egg Bar, one of the most visually polished restaurants around.
-
Lacol Hotel
A good-value option beside Lamaya, a jungle club with Mayan-inspired bamboo architecture and light shows.
-
Hokkaido Flower Park
One of our favourite flower gardens nearby. Colourful, photogenic, and well-maintained.
- K Hmong Alpaca

Alpacas, sheep, and an impressive flower castle. This place works especially well at sunset, and it's one of our top spots.
- Sunflower Field "Rai Manee Sorn"

A very large sunflower field, usually open from November to late January. ATV carts are often available to drive through. Our favourite sunflower spot in the region.
- Take Me Home Park

A newly opened airplane-themed cafe set inside a flower garden. The plane creates an unusual "airport in a garden" atmosphere. Very good for drone frames.
-
The Peak Flower Land
A picturesque coffee shop with well-designed gardens.
- Luang Phor Thuat

Looks like a large Buddha statue on the map, but in reality it's a large park with multiple setups, a cactus glasshouse, animal feeding, flower gardens, and souvenir shops. One of our top spots.
-
Wat Simalai Songtham
One of the most unusual temples in Thailand, decorated with a vivid imagination. The higher you go, the more unusual it becomes. Peacocks roam freely at the top, and the view stretches across the hills.
-
Wat Non Kum
A temple with a good natural backdrop, ideal if you want scenic temple frames without the crowds.
- Rancho Charnvee Resort

Golf course, horseback riding, cycling, vintage car rental, and ATV tours. Rates and availability are set by the venue and change without notice, so we confirm the current position when planning. Some vintage cars are for hotel guests only; most activities are open to walk-in visitors.
- Strawberry Picking

A simple activity that makes for relaxed, natural photos. You walk through with a basket and knife, pick your strawberries, and pay by weight. Most of the field is uncovered, giving it an open, rural feel.
-
Farm Chokchai
A large working ranch that gives the day a very different visual character from the gardens and European-style locations. Worth considering if you want a more rural setting in the mix.
- Mango House

A large mango orchard where you can taste mango sticky rice. Mango season runs roughly March to June, with April and May at their best. The Baankhaofae eatery and coffee shop next door has a garden setting worth stopping at.
-
Speedkart
A more energetic stop if you want some action between portrait setups, and a few candid frames along the way.
-
Owl in One Minigolf
An easy, low-key stop when you want a break from posed shooting and something more candid.
- The Egg Bar & Restaurant

The most visually polished restaurant around, with a garden and lake setting. Large portions. We recommend visiting later in the day for the softest light.
-
Lamaya
Jungle club with Mayan-inspired bamboo architecture and light shows. Prices are high, but it's a memorable evening. The adjacent Lacol Hotel offers good value for an overnight stay.
-
Local Mookrata Korat Style
One of the best local Thai meals around, and a good stop before an evening setup.

How Your Session Runs
- You contact us with your travel dates and the type of session you're interested in.
- We plan the route based on the time of year, your style, and how many hours you've booked. We advise on light, flow, and outfit changes.
- You arrive ready at the first stop. We shoot at any time of day; many clients like starting later so the session runs into golden hour and evening, but the timing is built around your day.
- We shoot across multiple locations at a relaxed pace. Every session is private.
- You receive your edited gallery within 3 days as a private online gallery. Every delivered image is colour-graded and ready to download.
Arriving & Getting Ready
The drive from Bangkok takes a few hours, and the most comfortable option is usually a private driver. Driver rates are set by the driver and vary by vehicle. If you're travelling with us, you can share the ride, which keeps things simple.
We can help you arrange a driver if needed. Just mention it when you get in touch and we'll sort it out.
Hair and makeup can be arranged through us, but our artist is based in Bangkok, so travel adds to the cost. In most cases our recommendation is to have your hair and makeup finished before leaving Bangkok. You arrive ready to shoot and don't lose session time once you're here.
We Can Help Plan the Day
If you're not sure which spots to include, where to stay, what to eat, or how to structure the day, we can help. Shooting here across different seasons means we know what works for each style and time of year.
Landscape work is also possible around here. Visit our landscape page if that interests you. And if you're planning a wedding in the region, get in touch to discuss what's possible.
Just send us a message with your dates and what you have in mind. We'll reply shortly with a suggested route.
What Clients Say
We booked the 6-hour session for our pre-wedding images and the planning made everything easy. The route covered Toscana Valley, the flower park, and sunset with the alpacas. We ended up with over 900 images and honestly couldn't pick favourites because so many were good. The editing came back in two days.
We brought our two kids and didn't expect much from a full day, but it worked out better than any session we've done before. The pace stayed relaxed so the kids didn't burn out, and the spots were all different enough that the gallery doesn't look repetitive at all. We got over a thousand images back in three days.
We came from France for our honeymoon and added a day up in the hills on a recommendation. The driver was arranged for us, which made logistics simple. We did the 8-hour session and covered so many different spots that people assume we shot over several days.
