Note: golden hour slots fill quickly between December and February. Book early during peak season.

What happens if it rains during our shoot?

Bangkok's afternoon rain usually passes within 30 to 60 minutes. We track the forecast and adjust the start time when needed. If rain hits mid-shoot, we pivot to covered locations like 7-11, hotel lobbies, or shophouse alleys, or we reschedule at no cost.

How much deposit do you require, and is it refundable?

A 30% deposit secures your date. It's non-refundable if you cancel, but fully transferable to a new date if you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.

How quickly do we get the photos?

Standard delivery is 3 days. The Sanook Photoshoot and Sawasdee Deluxe packages include express 24h delivery, and it’s available on Sabai Session as a paid add-on. You'll receive a private online link with high-resolution downloads, ready to print or share.

Can you help us pick the right Bangkok locations?

Yes. After you book, we send a short questionnaire about your style, energy level, and outfit plans. From there we suggest locations that fit your session length, with a logical route between them.

Do you speak English?

Fluent English on shoots. Most of our clients are international visitors, expats, and Thai couples planning weddings abroad. Communication has never been a blocker.

Can we do multiple outfit changes during one session?

Unlimited outfit changes within session time on Sanook Photoshoot and Sawasdee Deluxe. We plan changes around location stops, usually in hotel lobbies, café restrooms, or the car. Sabai Session covers up to 2 locations in about an hour, so there's realistically time for one look.

Do you provide hair, makeup, or styling?

We don't do it in-house, but we work with a small list of trusted Bangkok makeup artists and stylists. Hair and makeup starts at 4,000 THB and a personal stylist from 500 THB. Tell us during booking and we'll connect you. Makeup artist info here.

Can you photograph a surprise proposal?

This is one of our specialties. We arrive early, blend in as a tourist with a camera, and capture the full reaction without your partner noticing. We'll plan the spot, the angle, and the signal in advance.

Do you travel outside Bangkok?

Yes. We cover Phuket, Koh Samui, Chiang Mai, Hua Hin, Pattaya, and Khao Yai for couples. Sessions outside Bangkok start at 34,000 THB for 4 hours.
