We Specialize In

Most couples book us for pre-wedding sessions. They want photos for their save-the-dates and a chance to get comfortable on camera before the wedding day. Longer sessions give us time to cover several Bangkok locations and work in a few outfit changes. Others are visiting Bangkok and want something better than standard tourist photos together. We also cover surprise marriage proposals, staying out of sight until the moment happens, and intimate sessions for two shot privately in your hotel room. You book the hotel room directly, and we help you pick one with the right light before you confirm.

Flower Market: Color and Local Energy

Pak Khlong Talat

The flower market gives you color, local energy, and natural reactions. Couples browsing the flowers, walking through narrow aisles, or laughing at the sensory overload all look natural on camera. Late afternoon often works especially well as the light softens through the market. We meet outside Floral Cafe at Napasorn. The market stop runs about 30 minutes, and there's a bridge nearby that works well at golden hour. We usually buy flowers as a prop.

Riverside: Golden Hour by the Water

Chao Phraya River

The Chao Phraya gives you wide views and beautiful evening light. We usually start shortly before golden hour, then keep shooting as sunset gives way to the city lights at twilight. From August to mid November clear sunsets are rare, so we shoot just after sunset when Wat Arun lights up. The riverside spot itself is only about 10 minutes of shooting, so we always pair it with something else.

Chinatown

These convenience stores are a Bangkok signature and a fun add-on to any session. Best in Chinatown, where the staff don't mind and the stores are big enough to work in. It's a 10 to 15 minute add-on rather than a full stop, shot with flash and a fish-eye for something playful and distinctly local.

Coordinate, don't match: pick complementary tones rather than identical outfits.

Afternoon to golden hour

Daytime Sessions

We pick the exact start time around the season, the location, and sunset. This works especially well for the flower market, riverside, and other outdoor locations, and it is our most booked slot.
After 7 PM

Evening Sessions

Cinematic frames built around neon, signage, and city traffic. Ideal for Chinatown, rooftops, and inside 7-11 stores. The mood changes completely once the sun goes down.
Note: golden-hour slots tend to book earlier during Bangkok's peak travel season, especially from December through February.

Booking Questions

What happens if it rains during our session?

Rain here often comes in short bursts. We track the forecast and adjust the start time when it makes sense. If it rains we can wait up to an hour, switch to covered spots, postpone to another day, or cancel with your deposit refunded in full. The choice is yours.

How much deposit do you require, and is it refundable?

A 30% deposit by card secures your date. If rain stops the session it's refunded in full. For any other cancellation it's non-refundable, though it carries to a new date if you reschedule at least 48 hours ahead, with no second deposit. After a completed session the deposit goes back to your card, since the full amount is settled in cash on the day.

What do we actually get, and can we print and post them?

A private link to the full gallery at full resolution, with no watermarks and no charge per image. They're yours to print, post, or hand to a wedding stationer. Nothing is held back as an upsell, and a black-and-white version of any frame is free on request.

Neither of us is any good in front of a camera. Does that matter?

Almost every couple says this, and it changes nothing about how the session runs. We don't ask you to hold poses. We give you something to do, walk somewhere, react to each other, and shoot the moments between the instructions. The first ten minutes are usually the stiff ones, which is why we start somewhere easy rather than at the best spot.

Is it worth splitting our shoot across two days?

Often yes. Two shorter sessions give you two sets of light, two sets of outfits and no rush between locations, and booking them together takes 2,000 THB off the total. It's the usual choice for couples pairing a proposal with a pre-wedding set, or wanting both a daylight and a neon look without a four-hour day.

Can you help us pick the right Bangkok locations?

Yes. After you book, we send a short questionnaire about your style, energy level, and outfit plans. From there we suggest locations that fit your session length, with a logical route between them.

Do you speak English?

Fluent English on every session. Most of our clients are international visitors, expats, and Thai couples planning weddings abroad, so communication is straightforward from planning through the session itself.

Can we do multiple outfit changes during one session?

Outfit changes are welcome within your session time on Sanook Photoshoot and Sawasdee Deluxe. We plan them around location stops, using your hotel, suitable changing facilities, or the car where appropriate. Sabai Session covers up to 2 locations in about an hour, so there's realistically time for one look.

Do you provide hair, makeup, or styling?

Our own artists come to you, rather than you travelling to a salon before the shoot. Hair and makeup is one booking covering both, from 4,000 THB, with separate looks for women and men. Personal styling starts at 500 THB. Tell us at booking and we coordinate the artist. All packages and prices here.

Can you cover a surprise proposal?

This is one of our specialties. We arrive early, blend into the surroundings, and cover the full reaction without your partner realising we're there. We'll plan the spot, the angle, and the signal in advance. Every proposal includes a free short video of the moment, and 24-hour delivery on any package. Do you take bookings outside Bangkok?

Yes. Sessions outside Bangkok start at 34,000 THB for 4 hours, with our travel and accommodation already included. Six hours is 44,000 THB and eight hours 50,000 THB. Minimum notice is 3 days. We cover Hua Hin, Khao Yai, Pattaya, Krabi, Phi Phi, Phuket, Koh Samui, Koh Pha Ngan, Koh Tao, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai and Koh Kood.
